Gamekeeper’s Cottage provides spacious and stylish accommodations for groups or families. From its elevated position, guests can enjoy stunning views of Loch Awe from a balcony that spans the entire length of the building. Direct access to the loch is complemented by the use of a shared pontoon. Set in a rural location on Loch Awe’s banks, it’s a 20-minute drive to Inveraray and 40 minutes to Oban. Additionally, Starlink superfast wifi ensures you remain seamlessly connected throughout your stay.
Within the lodge, guests will find three well-appointed bedrooms. The master suite boasts a comfortable double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and double doors that open to breathtaking views of the loch. Another bedroom offers a double bed complemented by serene loch vistas, while the third bedroom features two single beds. The family bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and an overhead shower.
The heart of the lodge is its expansive open-plan living space. This area seamlessly integrates a fully equipped kitchen, a dining setting, and a cozy living area. Large windows and direct access to
the balcony and hot tub ensure guests can always soak in the picturesque views of the loch and surrounding mountains. On fortunate nights, guests might even catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights dancing above the loch. Guests are welcomed to enjoy the entirety of the lodge, its private parking, and the sprawling grounds. The loch’s edge and a shared pontoon are also accessible for guest use. Should you need high chairs or travel cots, we offer rental services, though a 48-hour notice is appreciated.

”This was a beautiful lodge to stay at, plenty space inside with everything we needed, the views were to die for! We were lucky enough to see the highland cows outside the lodge alongside some deer and red squirrels, easy access to the loch, we took our paddle boards so this was great, we had a wonderful stay.
